AUSTIN – (March 5, 2024) Alliance Industrial and Colliers are proud to announce the beginning of construction for two new Class-A industrial buildings available for lease. The project, named Connor Lane Business Park, is a rare infill industrial development in the northeast Austin submarket totaling  ±170,959 SF between two buildings. Chase Clancy, Travis Hicks and Michael Modesett at Colliers have partnered with Alliance Industrial to market the business park.

Building A will be 87,467 SF and Building B will be 83,492 SF. This project is especially unique because of its infill location, at a time when new infill industrial developments in Austin are scarce. The project will be located in the heart of the northeast submarket, with access to a diverse labor market and excellent proximity to major employers such as Tesla, Samsung, Applied Materials, and more.
