John Paul Quinn to oversee Development, Investment and Construction for the organization’s Southwest Region
Scottsdale, Ariz. – (January 26, 2023) – Alliance Industrial Company is pleased to announce John Paul Quinn has been promoted to Development Director of its new Southwest Division. In this position, Quinn is responsible for sourcing and managing all aspects of development and investment projects for Alliance in the greater Phoenix market.
Since Joining Alliance, Quinn has been involved in the development of more than $460 million in industrial projects, representing over 3.5 million square feet. He relocated to Phoenix in the fall of 2022 to establish local relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and contractors to gain market expertise and lay the foundation for Alliance’s growth in the Phoenix industrial Market.
“John Paul has a ton of reps from his role on the industrial team in Texas and more importantly has a work ethic that unmatched,” said Alliance Industrial Company President and CEO Cyrus Bahrami. “He thoroughly understands the development process and has a nose for a good deal but can take a step back and delineate the big picture and people gravitate to his personality, work ethic, and leadership.” In his most recent position with Alliance, John Paul worked with Alliance Industrial’s Texas Market Leader and Managing Director, Chad Parrish and was responsible for underwriting and oversight of land acquisition, design, entitlement and construction coordination. Chad is expanding his geography from Texas to the Southwest and will continue to work with John Paul on his new efforts in Phoenix to bring an additional layer of industry expertise to Quinn’s local execution. Quinn also plans to continue to leverage the local relationships and reputation that Alliance Residential has built over the last 20 years in Phoenix to gain market share in the Phoenix industrial market. “His experience in all facets of the organization’s business will be invaluable as we expand our footprint in the growing Southwest region,” said Managing Director Chad Parrish. “Alliance is the benchmark and gold standard for residential development both locally and nationally and we aim to replicate that reputation and standard in the Phoenix industrial market over the long term. Quinn graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Economics and Real Estate. Prior to joining Alliance, Quin worked at Property Commerce in Houston where he co-managed a private equity real estate fund and led acquisitions.
