Chicago, IL – Alliance Industrial Company is excited to announce the acquisition of a 41.5 acre parcel in Plainfield, located in the I-55 submarket of Chicago. Alliance plans to develop the property into a state-of-the-art +/- 725,000 square foot industrial facility.

Since launching our Midwest division last summer with Managing Director, Cory Welper,  the team has expanded quickly with the joining of Director of Development, Andrew Karabon, in January and Director of Construction, John Synder, in August and Development Associate, Michael Barsky.

This acquisition represents their first deal closing, with several more in the pipeline.

As one of the only available modern bulk buildings left in the I-55 and I-80 corridors, Alliance 55 Logistics Center features 40-foot clear heights,118 dock doors, four drive-in doors, an 185-foot concrete truck court, 207 trailer stalls, and 350 car stalls. Groundbreaking is already underway, with completion targeted for Q4 2027.
