ATLANTA, GA – Alliance Industrial Company is excited to announce that Danny Bernstein has joined the team as Director of Asset Management for our Southeast Division. Based in Atlanta, Danny will work closely with our teams across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and beyond, overseeing dispositions as well as asset management strategy and day-to-day operations throughout the region’s growing industrial portfolio.

Danny brings 9 years of industrial real estate experience spanning leasing, asset management, and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions at S2 Capital, covering Georgia and Florida. Before that, he spent six years leading portfolio strategy at Link Logistics, where he executed more than 11 million square feet of leasing transactions in the Atlanta market.
