DALLAS, TX  – Alliance Industrial Company is pleased to announce that Ben Hicks has joined the firm as Senior Development Associate on the Dallas-Forth Worth team.

Hicks brings five years of real estate development experience across multifamily and industrial projects in Dallas, Atlanta, and East Texas. He joins Alliance from Greystar Real Estate Partners, where he was involved in sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, entitlement, construction execution, and lease-up across more than $600 million in development activity – gaining experience with both institutional development organizations and a private development platform.

This blend of experience, discipline, and adaptability makes Hicks a natural fit for Alliance Industrial’s collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The team is confident his contributions will help drive continued success across the company’s expanding development pipeline.
