ATLANTA, GA – Alliance Industrial Company, in partnership with Ridge Real Estate Partners, has closed on a 28-acre site at Oak Ridge Commerce Way in Austell, Georgia, where it will develop Alliance Oak Ridge Commerce Center, a 300,808 square foot Class A industrial facility in Atlanta’s I-20 West submarket.

The rear-load building will feature 36’ clear height, 65 dock-high doors, two oversized drive-in doors, a 185’ truck court, 195 auto parking spaces, and 51 trailer spaces. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with anticipated delivery in Q3 2027. The building is available for lease or sale.

Located 1.2 miles from I-20 and 5.2 miles from the Norfolk Southern Whitaker Intermodal Terminal, the site offers exceptional regional connectivity, with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport approximately 22 miles away.
